Who can use Afterpay?

Afterpay is offered to all US shoppers.  It is offered to all 50 states and this excludes Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. 

• You must be 18 years old to use Afterpay (19 years old in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska)
• Capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Own a valid email and mobile number
• Provide a valid delivery address within the US
• Authorized to use a US-issued credit or debit card
