Looking to make some subscription changes? No problem!
You can postpone or move up your billing date at any time! You can make these changes using the My Account portal and following the below steps:
- Step 1: Log into the portal using your email address
- Step 2: Select "Manage subscriptions" on the left hand side
- Step 3: Click 'Manage' on the subscription you would like to modify on the right hand side (Please note: You can see the status of your subscription above the photo - Active or Cancelled. Make sure you are making changes to the correct subscription.)
- Step 4. Once you have clicked "Manage" it will bring you to the details page of your subscription. Scroll down until you see a calendar (shown below)
- Step 5: Select your desired renewal date on the calendar. Once you have selected this date, you should see the new date next to where it says 'Next Order' as well as a green confirmation box showing that the date has been changed (shown below).
