Looking to make some subscription changes? No problem!
You can postpone to a later date, or move your renewal date to sooner!
You can make these changes using the My Account portal. We break down how to change the date of your renewal pictured below!
Click here to visit the My Account portal.
Step 1. Once you log in to the portal click "Manage subscriptions" then click "Manage" on the subscription that needs to be changed. Please note: You can see the status of your subscription above the photo - Active or Cancelled. Make sure you are making changes to the correct subscription.
Step 2. Once you have clicked "Manage" it will bring you to the details page of your subscription, scroll down until you see a calendar, currently this subscription is set to renew on Nov 13th.
Step 3. Then select your desired renewal date, once you have selected this date, you will see a green confirmation box appear confirming the date has been changed. You're all set, no further action is required.
