If you're looking to cancel because you need some more time to finish up your product, we do offer subscription freezes! To modify your subscription renewal date, log in to the My Account portal here.
Now, If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, however, you must cancel your subscription 48 hours prior to the time of your subscription renewal in order to not receive your next scheduled order. Cancellations made after that time will apply to the next billing cycle. No returns or refunds on subscription renewals.
To cancel your subscription, you must cancel online by visiting the My Account portal
